UPSSSC Forest Guard Recruitment 2023: Apply at upsssc.gov.in for 709 Vacancies

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has commenced the registration process for the Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard Main Recruitment Examination 2023.

As of September 30, 2023, interested candidates can apply for the positions of Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard by visiting the official website upsssc.gov.in. The last date to apply for the examination is October 10, 2023, while the deadline to make changes in the application form is until October 17.

The recruitment campaign initiated by the Forest and Wildlife Department aims to fill a total of 709 vacancies, including 693 posts for Forest Guards and 16 posts for Wildlife Guards.

Educational Qualification : Eligibility criteria for the UPSSSC Recruitment include passing the 10+2 intermediate examination from any recognized board. Candidates should also possess the UPSSSC PET 2022 scorecard.

Physical: Physical requirements include a height of 168 cm for males and 150 cm for females, with variations for specific categories. Additionally, male candidates are required to run 25 kilometers within 4 hours with a weight of 10 kilograms, while female candidates must cover 14 kilometers within 4 hours.

Age Limit: The age limit for applicants is between 18 to 40 years, with additional relaxations provided according to the rules specified in the UPSSSC Forest Guard/Wildlife Guard Recruitment Advertisement No. 10/2023.
