Assignments – IGNOU is assigned by all students in each subject and must be submitted before the last day of the examination. The tasks can be found along with the last date on IGNOU’s official website. IGNOU weighs these tasks 30 per cent, and students must maintain up to date with all their details. At their regional centre, students can either submit assignments online or offline.
Examinations – In January and December, IGNOU takes examinations in two academic cycles. Each semester’s exams take a weight of 70 per cent and if a student is unsuccessful then he or she may examine during the next cycle.
Placement – One of the courses that require campus placements is the IGNOU distance MBA course and the institution maintains its own Campus placing cell.
