Eligibility (Graduation with 50% or its equivalent): The eligibility criteria must be fulfilled by the candidate for further shortlisting. The minimum qualification needed for eligibility to this course is a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised higher educational institution in any stream. The candidate should also have a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in graduation to be eligible. Professionals who have relevant professional experience along with a Bachelor’s qualification are also eligible to take the course up.
Duration (2 to 5 years): This is a postgraduate degree program and has a full duration of 2 years, divided into 4 semesters (of 6 months duration). Students also get 2 extra years, i.e. a total of 4 years to complete the course and must qualify all the papers and exams within these 4 years to obtain the degree.

DU SOL MBA In Waste Management Fees Structure & scholarships
The full course fee for the program is INR 95,000 for 2 years. The students can pay the academic fee on an annual basis, and the payable annual amount is INR 47,500, inclusive of the tuition fee, university maintenance funds, student welfare funds, SLM charges, facilities and services charge etc. The registration fee (INR 250/INR 100) is charged separately, and so is the examination fee. As already mentioned above, the university conducts admissions for the MBA program once a year during October-November, and the admissions are conducted on the basis of merit lists (for DU graduates) and entrance lists (for non-DU graduates). The IA includes assignments, projects and quizzes, while the term-end examinations are conducted in the physical, offline mode after completion of each semester. A compulsory summer internship is also a part of the assessment. A student should score at least 40% marks separately in the IA and term-end exams to qualify a paper and maintain a 45% aggregate to qualify the semester.
Assignments – The system of instruction for this course at DU-SOL is through Self Learning Materials (SLMs) and Personal Contact Programs (PCPs). Students can learn at their own pace flexibly using the SLMs and can have physical, face-to-face interaction with their faculty and peers during the PCPs organised for the course. The university may also hold occasional online interactive sessions and industrial connect sessions for hands-on learning.
Term End Examination – The term-end exams comprise 70% of the total academic weightage for evaluation. DU-SOL conducts exams for this course in the offline physical mode. The exam is of a total of 70 marks, and a duration of 3 hours. The medium of answering is English. Students must score at least 40% marks to qualify the paper. The exam forms are released a few weeks prior to the examinations, and they must be filled and submitted along with the exam fee to be eligible to appear in exams.
