Eligibility (Graduation with 50% or its equivalent): The candidates must have graduated from any stream in order to apply for the online MBA in the HRM program of any university. The candidates can either have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or an equivalent from an AIU or UGC recognized universities/institutes.
