DU SOL MBA In HR Analytics Duration & Eligibility

Eligibility (Graduation with 50% or its equivalent): The minimum eligibility criteria set by DU-SOL for this course is that a candidate should have completed their Bachelor’s education from a recognised higher educational institution (HEI). The minimum score needed to be eligible is 50% aggregate marks at the graduation level. Candidates with relevant professional experience are also encouraged by the university to apply to this course. There are no stream restrictions in this course and candidates from any stream of education can apply to the MBA at DU-SOL.

Duration (2 to 5 years): The full course duration for the MBA in HR Analytics is 2 years since this is a postgraduate course. The course period is divided into 4 semesters of 6 months each and students are given an extra period of 2 years (i.e. 4 years in total) to complete the degree and clear all examinations. The full course fee for this MBA program is INR 95,000, which includes the various charges such as tuition fee, university service charges, facilities charges, SLM charges etc. The annual payable fee amount thus stands to be INR 47,500. DU SOL MBA In HR Analytics Admission Process (How to Apply?)

The admission procedure at DU-SOL for the MBA in HR Analytics is quite simple. Firstly the interested candidates must register themselves on the official university portal, followed by filling in the application form, attaching digital copies of their documents and payment of the registration fee. The academic weightage for IA and term-end exams are 30:70 respectively, and the students must score at least 40% individually in the IA and term-end examination to qualify a paper. The overall aggregate of 45% marks must be obtained to qualify a semester.

Term-End Examinations – The term-end exams for the course are conducted in offline physical mode at designated exam centres. They carry an academic weightage of 70% in the final evaluation. Students must fill the exam forms and pay the examination fee within the provided deadline to be eligible to appear in the term-end exams. The exams are of a duration of 3 hours, with English being the medium of answering for this course. The candidate must score at least 40% marks in a term-end exam to qualify it.

Assignments – The assignments for the course are an important component of the IA, which has an academic weightage of 30% in the final evaluation. The assignments are research and application-based and students are required to complete them within the provided deadline and submit on the online assignment portal of the university.
