During the two-year MBA in Hospitality Management program, students are introduced to a variety of industry-relevant subjects that build both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. In Year 1, the curriculum covers fundamental management concepts through Organizational Behaviour and Principles of Practices and Management. To enhance professional and interpersonal capabilities, courses such as Communication Skills and Personality Development are included. Specialized hospitality topics are explored through Food and Beverage Management, Accommodation Management, and Food Science and Dietetics Management, providing insights into the operational and nutritional aspects of hospitality services. Additionally, Event Management is included to equip students with the skills needed to plan and manage large-scale hospitality events effectively.
