Benefits of Bihar Students Credit Scheme 2024
- Student can receive a loan with minimum ₹4 lakh
- This scheme covers the credit for Polytechnic, Technical, Medical, Management and other courses

Process to Apply for the Bihar Student Credit Card Online
Interested applicants can apply for the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme online. Follow these steps to apply:
- Go to the official website: 7 Nishchay Yuva Udyami Yojana (https://www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in/)
- Below that, you will see the button of ‘New Applicant Registration.
- Enter your Name, Your Email ID and Mobile Number then Select Aadhaar number
- Click on ‘Send OTP’
- Enter the OTP that you have received on your email ID and mobile number. Click on ‘Submit’
- After successful registration, you will get a username and password in SMS as well by email.
- Then Log in with your username and password.
- Fill out the Personal Information Page and click Submit.
- Under the select scheme, choose ‘BSCC (Bihar Student Credit Card)’ from the drop-down menu and click apply.
- Complete the BSCC form with all of your information and make a submission.
- Appointment Setup (District Registration and Counseling Center -DRCC) If accepted, you will receive an email and SMS telling you the date.
- Go to the DRCC on shared date for confirmation with self-attested documents
- After verification of your documents by the concerned authorities and sanctioning of loan from the bank, you would be getting an SMS & email regarding the date to collect ‘Student Credit Card’ and Loan Sanction Letter from DRCC.
- With the help of Student Credit Card and sanction letter, go to bank for documentation.
- The bank will disburse the loan amount and inform the same to DRCC.
