UPPSC APS Recruitment 2023: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has opened registrations for 328 positions of Additional Private Secretaries (APS). The application process started on September 19, 2023, and interested candidates can apply on the official website uppsc.up.nic.in until October 19, 2023.

This recruitment drive in UP comes after almost a decade, offering a significant opportunity for eligible candidates to join the state administration.

Age Limit for UPPSC Recruitment: For the UPPSC APS Recruitment 2023, candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age. Additional age relaxation will be provided to candidates as per the rules of the UPPSC APS Examination 2023.

Educational Qualifications for UPPSC APS Vacancies: Aspiring candidates for the Private Secretary Recruitment Examination 2023 must hold a bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in Hindi and English typing is essential, and candidates are required to have a Computer Triple-C course certificate.

Application Fee for UPPSC APS Vacancies: General/OBC/EWS category candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹125, while SC/ST candidates need to pay ₹65, and the fee for PH candidates is ₹25. The examination fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking, or offline through e-challan.

It’s worth noting that in 2013, a total of 176 recruitments were announced for the position of Additional Private Secretary (APS). However, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has yet to fulfill these vacancies. Now, after a span of 10 years, these new recruitment opportunities have emerged.
