Annamalai University Distance Education Admission Process

6) Fee Payment – Fees payment can be made online by visiting the payment section at www.audde.in

7) Check the Admission Status – After you post the application form, you can download the Confirmation of Admission from www.audde.in

Scholarships of Annamalai University Distance Education
Annamalai University offers tuition fee exemption to differently-abled and visually-challenged students certified by the Government of Tamil Nadu. A special fee amount is available for the production of a Disability Certificate issued by the District Welfare Officer.

Annamalai University Distance Education Examination Pattern
The examinations are conducted twice a year at the university. For the JULY semester, the end-of-semester examinations will be conducted in December, and for the JANUARY semester, they will be in May.
The evaluation will be done for every End-of-Semester Examination. Internal assessment will also be scored based on assignment evaluation. The performance in each course is evaluated in Percentage of Marks (PM) and then converted to Grade Point (GP).
The total performance in each semester will be rated by GPA. CGPA will be given at the end of the Final Semester Examination after passing all the courses of the program.
To pass a course, the students must secure a minimum of 40% of marks in UG and 50% of marks in PG in the end semester examination (max. 75 marks). In addition to that, UG students need to score a minimum of 40 marks, and PG students need 50 marks for both internal assessment and end-of-semester examination (Maximum 100 marks).
Students who have earned a minimum of 100 credits for UG and a minimum of 78 credits for PG will be considered to have passed the program. Those who have not secured a minimum mark in a course can reappear in the subsequent odd / even semester till the maximum duration of the course*.
*The maximum duration of the course is decided by the formula, Time Span = N + 3, where N is 3 for UG courses and 2 for PG courses.
